At the Murray Mouth. An easy 10km blat along the beach.

In the dunes at Robe. The dude at the back had just driven the beach from Beachport, but reckoned it was getting scary in places with the strong onshore winds and only 1-1/2 hours till high tide, and the 80 series in the middle was struggling in the soft sand, so we opted for a play in the dunes, leaving the beach run for another day. Not worth the risk with young kids on board.

The 80series happen to be a 1hz ?
Reason for it struggling in the soft stuff ?

Actually turned out that in his haste, he read his tyre gauge correctly on one side, but read 2.2 BAR as 22PSI on the other side. Was too late in the day/tide once I realised one side looked a bit less deflated than the other....

Forget scary lizards, it's the drop bears you have to worry about in Australia. They are the cute and cuddly koala bears rather nasty cousin.
