yeah the 21R is a better motor, but would it be a big deal for you to upgrade to a 22R and get 20% more capacity? |

I would say 22R although if you have a 21R naturally u would have to go for the 21R over the 18R |

No real difference they will both have the same sort of power. If the 18R is good then run it otherwise re-build the 21R and run it. It will be a little lighter due to the Alloy head.
18Rs have timming chain issues. |
