As some have mentioned there has been some worse post recently

That said we must remember this is a public forum and guests can browse through most post
With this in mind we must ensure we protect the reputation of our community
Its a shame it has got to the point where the post has been archived

Had my first Bluetongue Ginger Beer, fresh from the brewery.

Bloody good stuff!

Went well on top of all the wine I had been tasting....

I don't like coffe or tea. I have stopped drinking soft drinks and red bull. I have had problems trying to sleep since I was a child. It became worse when I was 17 and my girlfriend died in a car accident.

We were going to go to a prom party but she had already made plans with some friends so she went out with them instead. Long story short, one of the tyres of the car burst and they fell daown from a bridge. All burned to dead except the driver because he was deployed out of the car when it hit the floor.

After that I had something like a month without sleeping. I remember I could difference between reality and imagination due to lack of sleep. I had the biggest headache in the world and my mum took me to the hospital where they put me down for a while. Doctor said I needed to sleep or my brain was going to get seriously damaged or just shut down causing me to die.

I was on sleeping pills for like a year after that but I didn't take them anymore because I was addicted and they were becoming one more serious problem. So since them I can't sleep before 2:00 am, I'm ok with just 3 or 4 hours sleep but whenever I fall deeply asleep I can stay in bed for a very long time (18-28 hours). Weird.

The good thing about it is that I ussually use that time to create, write plays, translate the ones I want to present here in Oz, or just catch up with something else.

When I get over two days withut sleepimg I use Diazepam 5mg. It helps a little bit. I also uyse that whenever I catch a plane for over 9 hours.
