Outerlimits Freight Service

Surely I'm not the only one always looking for a way to get parts here to there cheaply? It takes ages to ring around and find someone who will do it, and the courier companies are too expensive for cheap parts. With the numbers we have on this board and the cumulative kays covered, you'd reckon we'd have a OL National Freight Service waiting for some organisation.

When I've done trips I've let a few people know and ended up throwing a few extra things in the back for OL members. Pretty easy to do. Who else would be willing to carry parts for OL members when they do trips between towns?

And now to the skillfully disguised request! Anyone travelling between South Western Sydney and Newcastle keen to earn a carton? I've got a gearbox down there, and I hate driving to Sydney.

If you get stuck where i used to work runs a freight franchise, so let me know weight and dimensions Heath and i might be able to help ya out if ya get stuck. Gotta get that small block in and going.

Last time i went to Queensland i offered to freight shit and no-one had anything, so you can all go screw yourselves.

But yes if i was going for a long trip between major cities and had the space i would offer again.

I should be heading up to hawks nest on the weekend of the 18th-19th. if you still need to get it up there i can through it on the back. Ute will be empty. Let me know how ya go

I can arrange stuff on the east coast for newy crew(and a couple of others) but can't do them with pace as I would have to find empty pallet spaces etc. Trying to tee something up for ice atm but that one is a long shot due to where it is going and the depot it would probably leave from.

Organising freight is always a bitch when you have to collect from a private address.

At the moment the young fella has some rims he has already paid for sitting with a guy in Brisbane, couriers are all lined up but will only collect from a business address. The guy he bought them from doesn't work and is home with his kids, can't get them to the freight depot.

Anyone in Brisbane near Northgate, who can collect four rims (already boxed and addressed) and take them into work so that the couriers can pick it up? If you can PM me and i'll give you address etc.

For all the stuffung around, organising freight I think the young fella has learned that sometimes the actual purchase price is only part of the overall equation.

Did you get this sorted?? I can get one of the drivers at work to collect them for you and you could get them collected from my work depot at Rocklea.
