ratios on the GUTD42T

What are the standard ratios on the GU series 1 and 2 TD42T. All my brochures say 4.111's but I have heard from owners that they are 3.9's.

I know the new TD6 has 3.9's but am more focused on the earlier TD42T's.

Best bet is to try the compliance plate. Look for the trans axle code. Should have
HG41 - 4.111
HG39 - 3.9
HG43 - 4.3
HG46 - 4.6

Very simple to workout.

would most likely be 4.1 but i could be wrong about them having 3.9
