Whats a swaybar??? Thats the bar next to the front diff, that falls off as soon as you get it home right??? |

They limit the body roll for road use.
Yes they sit with the diff.
Ive removed my swaybar altogether, with the right combinations of shocks, there shouldnt be any problems on the road.

Andrew you takign the piss or is this a serious question. Did they even have them back when your partol was made. |

Have to be taking the p155 The MKs do come with a front swaybar, at least my old one did. Big bugger too . . . much larger than the GQ. I didn't find any difference in road handling when I took it off . . . prolly bcause of the leaf springs.
The GQ is another story, tho. Drives like a drunken horse when fully loaded, even with the shocks wound up. Might be a shortie thing.  |

No. i took it off, dad keeps teeling me to put it back on because wheneva he takes it for a drive he almost rolls it, but i like it with out the sway bar(more flexy), and as long as u know its not there all is good.  |

if you want a large sway bar, have a look under a G60, they are huge  |

i got rid of both of mine on my GQ shorty, and it seems to handle very good still, running koni shocks and dobinson springs |
