but ZJ's are 95-99
from 99+ are WJ's

had a guy from the other board selling is 97 XJ witha few mods, not sure is he still have it but might try to find out for ya..

I have a '99 ZJ, the compliance plate is May '99.
Did you know the dealers here call it a ZG? My body tags say ZJ though, just like everyone else's.
I have a motor for one of these for sale with only 26,ooo k's on it, $2500 if anyone is interested. |

the dealer call it ZG here because they used that in the spare parts department to differentiate the export and the US models. 
so you have a I6 4.0L engine sitting around???? ok.. is it outta ya 99ZJ? anyway.. i dont need it yet, maybe wooders be interested for one of his jeeps.... |

I was sure the ZG was manufactured from the Austrian Plant & the ZJ from the US Plant.....Most (all) Aussie models are really ZG's....but the whole woprld calls 'em ZJ's except for bloody dealers  |
