Lots of stainless hinges like below available from Marine chandlery places like Whitworths. http://www.whitworths.com.au/main_searchresults.asp open the link and type 'hinge'. You might be lucky and find something that will fit your bolt holes.

Nice, but I doubt my bolt holes will be matched, and they need to be as the doors are finished and painted, and have captured nuts.
