This thread is not about padding .. it's a thread about a padding thread ...
I dont want to fall into the same social class as Tonka (not that there is anything wrong with that .. sa long as he likes it )
I just fear for the safety of other threads .. sure right now its just the padathon ... but what will happen to other obscure threads .. will they just be deleted never to be seen again ...
Hmmm where are mulder and Scully ... or Scooby Doo and the gang ... they would get to the bottom of this ...... |

Just like a tumour, perhaps this is the first step of it being cauterised from the site. If it went, half of the users would lose most of their post count... |

I too get that message and am somewhat disappointed. it was my first visit to the Padathon and I felt I had some very worthwhile additions I could make to such a worthwhile thread, but alas it wasn't meant to be.
How else will I ever catch Greg and his post count. I suppose I could put my undies on the outside and ressurect Search Nazi |

Do what I do - lurk around the tech forums, wait for someone to ask a serious question that I know I can answer, then pounce on them with some useless dribble that I made up without any form of backup or research, or based on any real fact whatsoever. And I call it 'Tech'. I can't help it, I just can't resist the TECHATHON... |

Or the other option is to do like gerg does ... make up stickies. post other peoples info in me and then claim it as his own
Plus there is your role as the seach Nazi .. you can also reprise spelling police, and there is always room in the respost corps .. |
