Well not a day goes by without me thinking of what those young men and women endured for us, and sacrificed for us, so that we can enjoy the life we currently have.

not sure what elese there is to it myself Smile.

Beyond the fact that there has not been a flight by one of these for some years across the pond following their old path to get to the old blightey.

Sorry (no sarcasm). I did not mean to poke fun at a serious subject.

My paternal grandfather was one of the lucky few who piloted mosquitos (he flew out of Cypress mostly, i think). I marched in every ANZAC and Remembrance day service while at high school as a Naval Cadet, sometimes serving on the Cenotaph. I know that we owe so much to such machinery, and the people who sacrificed for their families and their countries. We owe both those who flew/sailed/fought, and the support staff. My paternal grandmother was a transport driver, instead of the international diplomat (7 fluent languages, plus concert piano) that she was planning.

Again, I meant no lack of respect.
