so keep tracing up the line till you either get to a point that has no power, or you get to the bulb(at which point you scratch your head and then i cant help you anymore)

At that point check the earth connection.

Also you could run a temporary lead from the fuse to the light in parallel with the existing line. If it works now you probably have a break in the lead between the fuse and the light.

Am not familiar with your truck but in general there would be an earth at both lamps with the switch connecting to earth to complete the circuit. The interior lamp circuit would be something like this

But if you have no power at any of the lights but have power downstream of the fuse it isn't the earth but must be the feeder cable from the fuse to the lamps - broken, loose, frayed or dirty connection at either end. The one cable probably supplies both the interior and the map lamp so the break or dirty connection must be between the fuse and the first lamp (probably the map). I would check for continuity in the lead with an ohm meter or test light. Remove the bulbs first to avoid backfeeding. Alternatively make a temporary connection from the fuse (or with care direct from the battery) to the light to see if it works. Remember to turn the light on! If it works it is not the earth or switch but the supply cable. I would first check for breakage etc at the point where the cable exits the fuse. Hope this helps. You just have to work through logically eliminating possibilities one at a time.

David
