You can fit any early v8 as long as it is on lpg only or later eng if it complies with the same ADR,s as your XJ and max eng capacity is governed by tare weight and number of cylenders. |

In the sates you could option the 5.2 litre magnum into the Jeeps. This is the next generation of the 318 and I believe the bell housing stud pattern to still be the same as it was back in the 60's. So, as already said it will fit and you will have to run straight gas ( IF you tell the RTA) or you could chase up one of the few 5.2 litre Jeeps and the computer and sensors should plug right in. This is what I want to do to the Mrs. Wrangler but she wont let me. |
