CHASING A WORKSHOP MANUAL FOR A 2001 MK TRITON 3.0 V6 5 SPEED MANUAL. CANT SEEM TO FIND ONE ANY SUGGESTIONS

You could try the Haynes manual for NL - NP Pajeros. The running gear is essentially the same as the pajeros, although the details in the manual aren't too flash.
