Sticky brushes in the starter. Time for an overhaul....

could be time to replace the battery? I woke one morning to start the car and all I got was a repetitive clicking. I hadn't left my lights on, my dash lights still came up and I couldn't figure it out. Turns out there just wasn't enough juice to crank the starter motor.
