that dog has BALLS!!!
That wasn't a bullfighter the dog saved either....... looks like a bunch of guys who "dodge the bull" to show how brave they are Like the tools in the Running of the Bulls in Pamplona...... you can have that ALL to yourself!! |

Love my bully, she would do the same for me anytime, and she has!
They are very smart dogs, and very strong, my dog has ran though a standard 6" palling fence to help me once, smashed two pallings in 1/2 just with her head and speed and took out a boxer(dog) with pure speed and skill |

Having owned a Staffy and a Bull terrier I can attest to their bravery and their loyalty is unmatched by any other breed that I know off, I just had my 16 year old Staffy bitch put to sleep due to a lung tumour, I got her when she was just 5 weeks old and the runt of the litter than no one wanted, she is sadly missed.

Read the link… Quite sickening to hear what these dogs were put through many years ago in bull baiting and dog fights.
As an owner of 2 staffy x dogs, I totally agree with earlier posts in this thread, that they are a most loyal and very tough dog. But I bought my dogs for their great temperament with people, especially young children. Not for fighting or baiting bulls.
I can't speak or understand the language from the video which this post is about, but I believe the tools tormenting the bull deserve what they get and that bull terrier wasn't there by accident. If some twisted idiot decided to torment a bull and was coming off second best, I wouldn't be letting my boy off his lead to defend some clown who got himself in the sh1t.
The bull was throwing that bullterrier about like a rag doll, IMHO no matter how tough the dog is, it's lucky to be alive. |

Me to, she loved everybody, once she jumped out of a boat on full plane just so she could go and greet a group of fisherman on the shore, even when the vet arrived to asses her and finally put her down she struggled to her feet to greet him, all with one lung not working and the other at half pace, they are a top top, no they are *the* top dog...imho of course. |

One of my girlfriends had a bull terrier bitch and no matter how big she got with puppies she would always want to climb up and sit on your lap. She was such a sook too. |

x10
should not have risked such a brave life(the dog that is) for those filthy scumbags who enjoy the thrill of tormenting and breaking the sprirt of such a magnificent creature. It's a shame that these great dogs are "used" for the traits these people would never understand.....bravery, loyalty etc etc. |

My first Staffy Cross…
Loki - (Staffy X Red Heeler)
http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=18643&l=8fda6&id=1230994933
A little dog with a big heart. She died October 2007 while defending her family. She was trying to see off a 6' Dugite (snake).
Unfortunately Loki's age and agility didn't help her efforts.
Lucky for us her little brother Harry alerted us to the 'big nasty'.
Mind you 2 months prior to this, she had an Xray and the vet informed me she had a tumour the size of a tennis ball in one of her lungs. He said to keep an eye on her and once it looked like she was in any discomfort to bring her in and have her put to sleep. As painful as it was losing her, the dugite spared me from n uncomfortable decision. |
