I know nothing about Nissan's so just a quick question as I am thinking of buying a GU and I dont want to have to buy anymore mud wheels/tyres. Do any of the GU's come with 15inch wheels as standard? |

I have a third set of 35's on 15x10's I'm more wanting to make sure that they will clear the brake calipers as I have always had issues with Landcruisers and spacings. Hence the questions. |

iirc series 3 gu or 4 and later??? cant remember which one, and all 4800 pettys are the only ones with 16" rims due to the bigger brakes, all others had 15's |

yep, the bigger brakes had me stumped. Will be looking at 1999 models so I assume they had the smaller brakes and 15inch wheels. |

15" definately don't fit on 4.8L GU. All other models use the same brakes (even the series 4 and newer). However its always best to check before you buy - nissan's parts bin is very large if you know what I mean! And 15" steelies usually do fit. |

nope, all GUs came with 16s standard.
15s will fit on the earlier ones and not the 4.8s |

Oh from an 80 series you will need the centre bores enlarged. Sometimes this can't be done depending on the design of the seating face. In which case you'll need to source new rims. |
