Cheap air body saw, uses standard hacksaw blades, quite easy to use.
1.6 zinc sheet will be perfect to cut and mould. |

Nah, a sawzall is a larger machine uses about a 6 -8 inch blade, two hands to use it. An Air body saw is what a lot of audio installers use for speakers, body guys also use them - good for small compact spaces and accurate cutting, has a steel frame as a cutting guide instead of a flat glide plate like a jigsaw, so is much more versatile over irregular surfaces.
You can get them from tradetools/glenfords, about 80 bucks I think from memory, 6 bucks for tool oil bottle and get a few hacksaw blades - fine pitch 32tpi (stroke is only about 15mm, so you can get about 3 blades out of one hacksaw blade.) |
