Here is a lada niva that had a bit of a stuff up down the beach.
Apparently it drove off a drop off on the beach at night time and the waves did the rest. |

Yep, Cert IV in workplace training and assessing. You will love deliver the training session, I had a ball. I simulated a snatch strap recovery situation in the classroom environment. I made a training video to establish the situation my students minds, and then used/referred to the video as a breakdown of each stage of the recovery process. Also used OHP pics of the different rated attachment points fitted to vehicles, and how to identify them (also where to get advice if they weren't sure) I then used two office chairs (these had wheels) as the vehicles involved, got two participants to be the drivers. Had them hook up, with feedback from the other participants in the class as to reinforce their knowledge absorption, I used a small childs toy horn for the stuck vehicle to communicate to the recovery vehicle.
Needless to say everyone had an absolute ball, I got top marks overall for preparation, content knowledge, use of training aids, class participation and professional delivery. My session also went 45 minutes over the alotted time, though given the safety aspect of correct snatch strap usage, the trainer agreed that I used the time wisely.
Any q's PM me. When is your training session?
The beauty of Cert IV is that the qualification is transportable, meaning you can carry it to any form of training environment that you have professional content knowledge in.
Have you completed your own training manual yet? |

Cheers Chris
I'll let u know how i went.
Ps How do u go about getting a distributors licence? As my mate has just got a couple of master copies of the latest Suburban White Guys videos from the states and he is looking to start selling them. |

That will be something he will have to organise with the copyright owners, as it is illegal to duplicate and distribute any sort of copyrighted material without explicit and licensed persmission from the copyright owner. With a production video there will be copyright ownership from the video producers for the visual content, with copyright ownership of the music component 'licensed' (ie used with permission via structured fee payment) from the artist via the publisher, so any breach of copyright by duplication of these sort of productions, you'll have the lawyers of the video producers AND the music publishers wanting you in jail with a man called BIG JOHN, with poor hygeine, bad breath and no lubricant... |

he has permission from the copyright owners, that's how he got hold of the videos in the first place.
See how he goes. |
