help again

hello all sorry to bother u all again but this is a doesy lol... when i finally got my MU started on the weekend it learched forward like it was in gear... Confused

ok so i make sure its not in any gear.... hit the key again MU does the same grr push in the clutch problem goes away.... so my question is... is there an adjustement i can do to make this go away?... Also when i put it in reverse i can let most of the clutch out then BANG it hits into reverse hard can anyone tell me if i should try and fix these problems or just find another box
