What is it with yanks and peanut butter?

Bit off track but... I made up some wicked peanut butter cookies the other day. Mmmmm ate so many I was nearly sick Laughing

Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe

4 tbsp butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
1 egg
1 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c peanut butter

1. Cream butter and sugars together. Add egg and mix lightly.
2. Sift flour and baking soda together. Add to butter/sugar mixture and mix well. Add peanut butter and mix well. Roll into small balls.
3. Place of cookie sheet and form criss-cross pattern with fork.
4. Bake at 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.

See, that is the same prob I have with peanut butter, you eat say half a jar of of it, and you feel really sick.

In comparison you eat half a jar of Nutella, you feel sort of sick, but it tastes so much better.

it's cheap to make nut stuff because, as you've probibally seen, it's in basically every foodstuff you can think of!
so all they do is glob a bunch of artificial substances together that may contain traces of nuts, and vola, you have a new bar hahah Laughing
