Would love to work out some bracketing for endless air on my 80 series without removing the airconditioning. Has anyone on this board done this yet???? I have heard that maybe removing the Power steering resivour and mounting it in this position may work.

Any thoughts, PICS etc that may help me get endless air on the ol 1HZ.

Cheers

Pete

I got a 1hz in a 75 series ute and there was nowhere to mount an endless without HEAPS of . around.
I never used my air con and the missus even hates it so I pissed it off and used my air con compressor as a pump. Runs to a tank in the back and I pump up tyres quicker than servo pumps!!! Love it .
As far as mounting it in your truck goes, is it a true endless air? If so they may be able to help

Just in the process of doing this - got a rangie original air confd pump - organised a tank and am going to make my own mounts to fit above the rocker cover.

I have a 50mm body lift and also am getting rid of the fan - thermos going in instead so I can run another reversed waterpump pulley system to attach to...

Think It will fit and work - just be a PITA when it come to cam timing belt....

best bet is to bail the air con and just accept foggy windows... Otehrwise this shoud work - will be done by mid Nov - so pics will come soon.
