I guess the first thing to do would be to pull the door trims off and see if the little actuator doodads are getting power when you hit the button. then take it from there??

you could try disconnecting the battery and then reconnecting sometimes this can clear a power delivery problem. Is it also hooked into an alarm system because if so maybe try resetting the alarm too

I agree with Wendle, pull the trims and check the actuators. The snipper button rods and bushes can bind, had a similar prob with the Mav. Mine was a country vehicle, and a lot of components were choked with dirt and crud. Flushed most of it out with Co2 cleaner (but not the lekky actuators), then followed with spray grease. Check for voltage presence also, but if it is a binding linkage, you will be able to see the actuator moving once (linkage) disconnected.
