Yes they are definitely worth $120 but what you're really asking is are they any good for your Clodzilla ? Maybe not. If you have driven other RC cars with a pistol grip (wheel radio) then you should stick to it. If you want independent rear steering you can do it with a three channel pistol grip. The four channel stick is a bit clunky and hard to get smooth, and for independent rear steer to ba advantageous, it needs to be smooth and accurate.
Most of us simply use a Y lead and mount the rear servo such that the front and rear work together. It works surprisingly well once you get used to how it turns.
I'm not trying to talk you out of it, just warn you that 4ch stick aint so good either.

Go and check out the JR XR3 radio's, They are 3 channel, 3 model memory! plus they have heaps of variables!
