Hi guys, been a while since my last post, and even longer since been off the blacktop :( I am wondering if any Frontera owners have placed aftermarket recovery hooks on their 4WDs?
Not that Frontera's need to be recovered
I was in a 4WD shop a while agao and was told me you can't place them on the Frontera. At present I have been using the shackles slipped through the Nudge Bar fitting mounts.
TIA

There are a coulpe of points at the front in the chassis.. These are strengthened by double when I fitted a bull bar (TJM). I just use the tow bar reciever at the rear.......
And yes Fronteras never need recovering.... |

I didn't need it on Sunday, mind you we pulled out two hundred series LC, an eighty series LC and a Smurf. You should have seen one of them. Doing a u-turn and slipped and ended up across the trac with trees front and rear and no where to go. A case of What the &*%#!
A good day North of Sydney with lots and lots of mud.
