2000 TD jackaroo - has had the injector recall 06-H-04 that has been mentioned on earlier posts - the vehicle idles rough and has NO throttle response. Has also had a new fuel rail pressure switch. When there is no throttle response, disconnecting and re-connecting the injector harness temporarily cures problem and car then runs fine again. Does anyone have any ideas??

Any info would be gratefully received.
