Noel, did you really have to show me these shots?
You have now made a very hard decision even harder!
Have been on the phone yet again now finding more info on sas, which is very worrying.
I already ordered custom springs and rancho shocks last week to lower the old girl, so I have to put up with it for a little longer.
Hmmmm, that truck does look good though........
Dave
PS Do you know the factory diff ratio for the 3.1dt Trooper? |

Sorry Dave couldnt help it...
Not trying to make your decisions harder. Just supplying you with some relevant information.
Does make you wonder though...
Noel
PS Diff ratio for the 3.1td is 4.55:1. You're looking for options for a SAS donor? |

Yip, got a guy over here who did a conversion on a early 90's Toyota Surf.
Had a look at it at a recent show and was quite impressed, so have got him sorting out prices etc but need to find a suitable axle first.
Early surf axles seem to be used quite often or the Landcruiser ones, but will have to look into it a bit further.
Looks like a bit of overtime coming up to get the funds for this one :(
