Hey all, I am looking for pics and dos and donts in building a land rover ute.

You might want to be a little more specific. What car are you going to be starting with? Are you going to try and do a tray back or a style side? etc etc.

Good Point. It is a 1996 4 Disco 3.9 litre. I am not to sure whether to do it as a tub or tray. both have their benefits. Eg with a tray i could make is big enough to fit my bike sideways easy. Tub I will have to leave the tailgate down.

With a tub you'll be lucky to get a PeeWee 50 in !

Thats a nice ute on the advert posted above. Here is a build up thread for when I did mine. Maybe a bit extreme for daily use but the engineering problems you will have will be the same
