I HAVE A 2001 MK TRITON 2WD THAT I AM LOOKING AT CONVERTING TO A 4WD. ALL THE FORUMS I HAVE BEEN ON SAY SELL IT AND BUY A 4WD BUT I HAVE ACCESS TO THE SAME YEAR FRONT DIFF AND TRANSFER CASE FOR UNDER $1200 AND REALLY LIKE MY TRUCK, IT HAS 31 COOPER STT'S RANCHO SHOCKS AND LIGHTFORCE 240 XGT'S, I ALSO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE TYRES. I HAVE WOUND UP THE TORSION BARS TO FIT THE NEW TYRES AND THE CAMBER ON THE FRONT IS EXCESSIVE. I HAVE HAD IT TO THREE LOCAL TYRE PLACES AND NO ONE CAN SEEM TO ADJUST IT.
THANKS

MKs are cheap as just buy a 4wd and swap your gear over, simple. All the gear you just mentioned is bolt on. Less f*cking around as there is more to think about than just slapping in a front diff and a transfer case.
