Yeah sure IF you can find a large enough relay...
4 X 100w = 400w
400w / 12V = 33.3333A
You will need at least 40A relay and wiring but I would go 50A to be safe.
Fit a fuse (40A) between battery and relay and another between relay and lights.

Hi bob, the largest standard blade fuse is 35 amps and a 40 amp fuse would not be big enough, so the cost of the over sized fuse and the large relay just does not make it worth the trouble of trying to fit just one relay.

It would be cheaper and safer to fit two separate 30 or 40 amp headlight relays and each relay protected by a 30 amp fuses.
