Hey just rebuilt a hilux 2.8 diesel engine, wanting to know how to set the injector pump. If anyone can help with info or by redirecting me to previous threads and or pictures that would be helpful thanks.

Is there a line on the front case and injector pump they should match up then you can tweak it from there. Thats what the manual for my 1HD-T said to set it up for a "base setting"

The calibration of the pump should have been done while it was off the engine getting rebuilt. Static timing can be set on the vehicle wth the correct dial gauge.
