Could anyone help me with any imformation regarding making or duplicating a shell for a r/c truck .Are there any threads on this topic or web site around that cover this avenue
I have a great shell off a clapted out old electric truck and would like to make a mold and duplicate it in lightweight product of some form and put em out there on the market !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if the turn out ok.

What truck is it?, because you might already be able to buy it .
Forming a Lexan body is'nt the easiest thing to do apparantly, you will need a plug(body), then get the flat sheets of Lexan, a vacum table and some way to heat the Lexan.
But give it a go. |
