Rocsta : Headlight issues

I've just recently changed the headlight bulbs for the headlights on the front bumper (Hella) not the big round ones..

and they were working.. then @ night.. they didn't work! i've checked the bulbs.. they're all fine.. i've tried new bulbs too.. they won't work as well.

i've tried looking for the fuse.. but the fusebox doesn't have a fuse for the headlights.. strange i know..

and it MAY flick on if i go over bumps.. but atm.. no luck..

high beam still works thou..
