Well one way to tell how much fun you had is by the degre of carnage experienced....

I had lots of fun. Here is a pic of my blown reduction gear from my rear axle of Rockhead.

Luckilly I had Mike Lodd to back me up so I drove it till I destroyed one of the wheels adaptors toward the end of the day. You really notice the absence of a locked rear axle when it goes on you....

Nice... Twisted Evil

Did you chew out the rear diff on the Clod? Pics?

Looks like I will have to go into full prodiction with my alu diff centres for Clods. I still haven't busted the front diff centre while I have gone thru 4 rear centres in the same time.

When are you going to post pics of the latest meet?

Nah it was just the right rear wheel adaptor. I might look at some aluminium or delrin wideners just for added strength.

It's pretty amazing the difference in load between the front and rear diffs.

I didn't take a single picture....god it was good. Nothing but driving!
My friend viv got a few pics but they're pretty average, although some good 'group' shots are always nice....

OK Bumpy has had her first glitch, OR HAS SHE????????
RC Freak and i were out the track the other arvo and just as my last battery dumped there was a nasty clicking coming from the rear diff.
I checked the wheels to see if any thing had gone wrong or if a stick had jammed up,nothing.
It was time for a rebuild anyway so i thought i may as well check it out.
Once everything was pulled apart i couldn't find a thing out of place,no teeth missing ,no stripped gears or drive hubs, nothing,
It must have been as Amanda (my better half) said ,it was time for a rest cause i drive it too hard she threatened to take Bumpy off me if i wasn't more carefull. You should see her drive the E Maxx Twisted Evil
