Does anyone in RC land have one off these for a clodbuster it's out of the B tree for the gearbox it's the one from the bottom. I have had a look at the metal servo savers but they are about $65 us

Yes Brad I have one.
But take it as a sign from the great rockcrawling gods.
The servo doesn't work particularly well where it is and all those linkages allow too much slack. Re-locating your steering servos to sit on your axle allows you to connect a simple drag link to one knuckle and a tie rod between them. With less 'connections' your steering response will be much faster and stronger.
There are many ways of doing it so if you want some further advise there are a few of us that can help. Russell has done a nice simple job on his Clod that works particularly well.
If it's all a bit scary let me know and I will just post you the part.
Cheers

adman I would like to get it back on the road and have some more fun with it yet I have locked one diff will do the other soon . And I'am thinking about the steer fix but will need a little help with it. A BB hitec H-S700 servo is rather large to put on the front axel or rear. I have seen some with them mounted in front of the diff behind the bumper.

I've got an old one that I won't be using since I'm currently relocating my servos onto the diffs....
