how much extra is the under 25 surcharge?

Not sure. Avis didn't ask, Thrifty did.

I think with Avis under 25's have to sign a waiver and the excess in case of an accident is higher.

two cabs ordered for our group. One had decent cabbie, $50 from airport to hotel. Our group was $95 ... farken dodgy bastard!

That's alright, if we get a Taxi I'll just turn on the GPS on my phone..

When i was up there for a day, I had nightmares trying to get a taxi from Fortitude Valley, other than that I struggled to find one that could speak ENglish, then when I did find one, I couldn't shut him up! #Rofl
