2.8 hilux air con comp not getting power ?

Hey Guys my air conditioning compressor on my hilux is not getting power to it at the wire comming from the top of the compressor i haved checked all the usuals like fuses,connections and wiring but cant seem to find anything wondering if it has to do with the clutch in the compressor,the air con amplifier or something alse any help would be much appreciated?

My first guess would be gas - not enough.

had the gas checked and it was full apparently

Perhaps check the high and low pressure switches to make sure they aren't causing it? I think they go short circuit when "activated" - so check for shorts or else have a quick try with them disconnected.
