Been looking around for a place to buy and found the one!!! Very Happy Just really excited about it all so dont mind me talking crap!

It went up for auction on the weekend and it was from the justice deparment. So the place is a dump at the moment lets just say the place had some nice expensive plants growing in it... you can work that out!

Well back to the house 3 bed rooms, ensuite, seperate bathroom and toilete 2 living rooms decking out back and nice big 4 car brick garage and also a 4 x 4 metre shed. The whole place has plenty of power points due to what USED to be in it just needs a mega clean! and a bit of plastering. The only bad thing is it is in frankston Crying or Very sad wanted more out furntree gully area.

So what i am asking from outerlimits is does any one have any furniture that they want to get rid of?? we do have furniture for the 2 bed rooms and study. need a couch and fridge, bbq, microwave and other things just cant think the list is just too long!

But we also need building supplys so if any one has anything that are going to get rid of from an old reno tell me!!!! things we need at the moment are

Security screen door
2 External doors (solid wood) for the garage they got kicked in

Will be looking for some glass since some of the windows are cracked and i will like to replace so if you have some old windows your trying to get rid of give me a yell i will take it away. Just need the glass.

Will be needing lots of things to come but will purchase them at the right price

Plaster
Decking wood
Oven (gas)
anything for bath room / ensuite
Toilet (dual flush)
Sleepers

I might have some of those things soon. I'm only in Boronia so it wouldn't be too hard for you to get them off me.

Currently the only glass I could offer is obscure (ie bathroom) glass, but I might have some clear glass soon.

Congrats on getting a house, god knows it's not that easy these days.

Congrats Steve... we're awaiting on the vendor on a place we've put an offer on... I don't know how'd i go in an auction situation because I reckon i'd panic and keep bidding just so I'd win.

Then cry when I realise how much the price was.

Missus wants to get rif of a nice solid timber queen size bed at the moment. I was going to take it to St Vinnys some time, but your welcome to that. Was a water bed, but we just used to sit a matress inside it.

Oh, and congrats on the buy armsup

Steve,

is that the house where the dead body was located in the back yard and strange things happen at night?

Oooops I have said tooo much.

Seriously,

was it?Very Happy

Seriously I have some internal doors that were given to me by our door supplier so we could lock up the place. They were to go to the tip once we received our proper doors. All they need is some patch up bog stuff ( not solid doors the ones with the honeycomb fibre) You can have them if you want.

Congrats. Frankston prices will soar in the next few years, you have done well. armsup

g'day mate, and congratulations on your purchase.

I have plenty of glass all sorts of sizes and lots of it laminated

I do have some furniture laying round (family furniture business) but I would have to confirm with the folks exactly what could go (dining tables, coffee tables, dining chairs, lamp tables), anyway you are welcome to come down and have a look. We are in Moorabbin.

Where abouts in Frankston? There are some real dodgey areas and the rest are just mildly dodgey.

down near the 7-11 where the dude had acid poured down his throat by robbers, after giving them everything they asked for - that area you mean?
or you mean the area from Karingal to Carrum downs?
thats how it was told to me anyway

Just off the Frankston / Flinders Road? My Dad lives the other side of the main road a couple of street up. It's certainly one of the better areas of Frankston.
