The IT Guy is a lyer. Yes people are frustrating, but in no time would anyone in my company tell me to reboot a server.
Maybe instead of playing halo, the guy could have listened and provided better support which would of prevented half of the mistakes, which even if were the customers he would have been able to pick up on more. |
