Just purchased a set of GU diffs to go under my GQ (front and rear).
Just want to know if there is anything i should be aware of before i start mounting them up , i will be also running a GU steering box .

The 3 Questions i do have is will the GU drag link be the right length , secondly will the rear tail shaft fit or will i need a GU one ? And third does anyone do anything about the brakes or mastercylinder ?

Any help would be appreciated . thanks micka1 .

GU draglink is the one you need. tailshaft is the same unless you have 4.6 ratio diffs (going in or coming out) booster should still be fine. itll be 25mm wider each side so you need to widen your flares.

Fairly straight forward process when I did mine. My mate ended up making new brake lines for me as the ones that came with the diffs were stuffed. We put braided lines throughout the rest. Not a necessity, just gives a nice consistent firm pedal as GQ's don't have great brakes to start with! The GU draglink is definitely required together with your GU steering box. You will also need a GU tierod. Everything else just bolts straight on.
