My Top 5 Pick
John Reynolds
Randy Stauson
Roger Lovell
Tom Wayes
JT Taylor
And Shannon Campbell and Tracey Jordan will finish in side the top 12.
Just like a lot of Racing its not the front guys that are going to be interesting to watch its the guys that are trailing the field. Some of the biggest names in Rock Crawling/racing are at the rear of the field.
I pitty anyone who cant get out of the way of these guys- Jordan, Graef, Blackie, Schwieson, Bigelow and Campbell These are going to be the guys to watch. Nothing is going to stop these guys from getting up front. Its going to be like there is an entire other race going on out there. These guys wont be racing for first place they will be racing for bragging rights. |

I know SFA about these rigs too, but the one with the rear mounted V8 looks like fun and very loud too
But wouldn't he be going backwards all the time.
How do they match the motor direction to the trans direction? |

Yeah agree.
If Shannon Campbell had a better starting position then i would have placed money on him to get a major placing, but it would be very hard to get going from way back there.
I think Shannon Campbell has been slightly over looked by a lot of people, i meen he is a kick arse crawler and he has won more Rock Racing events than anyone and he has run 3 Baja 1000's. His rig is suppost to be good for 100 Miles an hour on the open so its really just a matter of whether he can navigate for himself while trying to maintain speed.
But yeah, i think JR (with so much local knowledge and good starting position)should do it easily. |
