there was talk a while back about a decent suspension lift kit for these, any developments? Garyinoz? Bueller?
A body lift would be preferred, but being an auto with linkages as opposed to cables, I just see this as being a headache and too much work for the gain.

2.5" spring lift should be available from Kristian at Ironman suspensions (Clayton, Vic.). Will require some offset bushes to be fitted to the upper link bars on the 2000+ "longbody" models (either 2 x 4 mm or 1 x 8 mm offset).
Maximum body lift ATM is around 1 3/8" (35 mm) due to the captive bolts in the body. Could be more if you wanted to go to the trouble of making some "socket bolts". All that is needed is eight 3" round bar squared off to 35 mm long with ~3/4" hole (will confirm exact measurement tomorrow). The auto tranny control link has enough adjustability in it to stretch to accomodate the lift. There is a bit of clearancing of the metal bracket around the 4WD lever (2 mins with a pair of tinsnips and a file). Total install time should be about 2-3 hours acording to the guys that have done it in the US.
Addit: Confirmed the hole needs to be 3/4" (19mm)
